Host your next event at the Serbian Cultural Centre!

This welcoming venue is suitable for conferences, weddings and private events. It is located only 5 minutes form the City Centre and is a short stroll to the beautiful Botanical Gardens. The hall is also available for the use for reoccurring classes, e.g. Yoga.

Subject to cultural events, the hall is available to hire all year round. To hire the hall, please complete the below Hall Hire Enquiry form and we will get in contact with you.

The venue offers the use of extensive outdoor grounds for private & corporate events that may require outdoor space.

Capacity: Banquet style seating is available for up to 110 people. The room can fit up 250 people
without tables.

Hall hire cost and bond:
Half day hall hire (5 hours for up to 60 people) - $300.00 plus $500.00 Bond.
Half day hall hire (5 hours for up to 110 people) - $400.00 plus $500.00 Bond.
Full day hall hire (60 people) - $600.00 Plus $500.00 Bond.
Full day hall hire (110 people) - $800.00 plus $500.00 Bond.
Half a day hires are between: 7am – 12pm or 12pm – 5pm, any earlier access required (if at
all possible).
Whole day hire are as follows: 6pm - 11.55pm or between 7am – 3pm
** The bond will be returned in full, post hall inspection, within 2 weeks of the hire.

We offer a variety of additional services:

$100 additional kitchen fee (unless just using for serving)
$100 additional fee for Bain Marie
$100 additional fee for projector and screen
Bar – Additional fee for center staff to be present to sell beverages at set prices.

· Male & female designated toilets, including baby change table.
· 24/7 CCTV security system
· 24/7 Security alarm back to base
· Free onsite parking (50 parking spaces including 1 disability parking space) with plenty of
off-street parking
· Wheelchair accessible
· Children’s outdoor playground
· Cleaning equipment & products

Seating is available for up to 110 people max with sufficient trestle tables for a sit-down
dinner.
The Committee is made up of unpaid Volunteers and therefore a condition of hiring the hall is
that it is left in a tidy state (carpeted area vacuumed following the event and that the toilets
are left in a tidy state, etc).

Hall Hire Conditions:

· Your booking is only secured upon full receipt of the invoice.

· Please consider our electricity bills and keep doors closed when using air conditioning.

· Our toilets are a shared facility with permanent tenant’s. Please keep them clean and place all empty rubbish in the bin provided.

· Hall is to be vacuumed, bathrooms and hall left tidy.

· Tables and chairs returned into storage.

· Please use the industrial bin for all your rubbish and not the tenant's wheelie bins.

· Bond refund is subject to hall being left in the condition it was found.

· Hall hire ends at 11.55pm. Please ensure cleaning is completed by this time.

· The hall manager will run you through how to enter and exit the premises.

Refund Policy

Serbian Cultural and Information Centre is a non-profit voluntary organisation that relies heavily on our Hall Hire income. Therefore, the hire fee will not be refunded should you cancel 14 Days or less prior to hire.
